The odd failed mission can be forgiven, though. Before starting a mission, it will tell you if failing that one mission will fail the entire campaign or not. Levels play just like in story mode except you don’t have helpful features such as a nice loadout or pre-created storylines that you can follow.
You choose your loadout based on what you have at your safehouse (which will often be nothing if you play like I do). The last level for each syndicate is called a showdown and it requires you to find the correct target from a selection of suspects based on criteria such as what they’re wearing or traits they have such as sneezing from allergies or eating food.
